How long is my product covered by the warranty? What does the full warranty policy cover?

Cimo Technologies warrants the Cimo products against defects in material or workmanship for a period one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer through an authorized Cimo dealer.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders with standard shipping typically take between 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

 

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Orders with standard shipping typically take between 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. Orders placed before 11 a.m. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the following day.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via USPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at usps.com.

 

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we're unable to change an address.
